Carmen
Carmen Elias set out to create something entirely new in Ottawa – a haven for scalp and hair health that transcends traditional treatments. What began as a clinical approach to trichology evolved into a luxurious, immersive experience when she discovered the art of Japanese Head Spas. Inspired by Eastern healing rituals, she reimagined scalp care as a pathway to both beauty and wellness.
Since beginning her studies at the International Association of Trichologists (IAT) in 2019, Carmen has remained dedicated to innovation. With a deep respect for both science and holistic wellness, she carefully curates the best research, tools and products to refine her craft. Today, she leads a team of expert practitioners who share her passion for results-driven treatments that nourish, heal and restore.
