Consultation Booking

At Capital Hair and Scalp, we offer In Person Consultation or Virtual Consultation. Your In Person appointment may be booked at our Nepean, Ontario or, Auckland, NZ location.

Please complete your consultation deposit now, and at the end of the checkout process you will receive an email that includes a booking link to book your desired appointment date and time. 

During your Hair Loss Consultation, you can expect the following:

• The trichologist will go over your intake form
• You will receive a trichoscope scalp photo analysis (In Person Only)
• Bloodwork and medical recommendations may be made, if necessary
• Your trichologist will make a diagnosis
• Treatment options will be provided
• Home care products recommendation will be made, where applicable
• A 3 months follow up appointment is included

* One hundred percent of your consultation fee will be used towards your treatment plan or product recommendations.

*This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation happens within 48 hours of appointment or if your appointment is missed without notice. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred.
